What kind of recruitment incentives are being offered to hospitalists in the job market? According to data from the 2010 today’s Hospitalist Compensation & Career Survey, while sign-on bonuses are somewhat popular, loan forgiveness packages are used only rarely. But the data also indicate that the use of both incentives in recruiting hospitalists is on the rise. Here’s a look at our survey results.
